What is your cancellation policy?

Cancellations greater than 36 hours in advance - 100% Full Refund less the 20% processing fee. Cancellations in less than 36 and more than 24 hours in advance - 25% Refund. Cancellations less than 24 hours in advance cannot be refunded. Cancellations due to weather, availability or safety issues qualifies for a 100% Refund.
Do you have diver/passenger insurance?

Yes we do! We are fully insured and also have a hyperbaric chamber close by for emergencies. We recommend all divers to carry DAN insurance.
